Job Description
1. Responsible for main role is to work with the onshore and offshore management teams in an advisory role to ensure the company management system is fully understood, implemented and audited regularly to ensure compliance and that any HSE legal requirements are complied with. The HSE Supervisor will take direction and instruction from the HSE & Operations Manager;
2. Acts as a supervisor to the Offshore HSE Advisors from a functional level to ensure that they are carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to them in their day to day work and that they are visible at the worksites working with both supervision and workforce to improve cultures and behaviors;
3. Acts independently and work alongside the HSE & Operations Manager;
4. Report any concerns or non-compliances to the HSE & Operations Manager and work with rig management teams to help resolve any concerns or issues;
5. Assist and support HSE & Operations Manager with all Health, Safety and Environment matters relating to the implementation and monitoring of the Company HSE management systems, and where requested, development or collation of information for internal or external presentations to industry peers and conferences and to stand-in for the HSE & Operations Manager in his absence where required.
